What is the policy on face masks and attendee health during the Excursion?

  • Face masks not required for travelers in public areas
  • Face masks not required for guides in public areas
  • No Temperature checks for travelers upon arrival

What is the policy on sanitization during Roatan Excursion?

A:The policies on sanitization are:

  • Hand sanitizer available to travelers and staff
  • Regularly sanitized high-traffic areas
  • Gear/equipment sanitized between use
  • Transportation vehicles regularly sanitized

How do I book?

A:Follow the instructions given on each excursion page and fill in your information: Name, Phone Number, Email, Cruise Name, Cruise Date, Number of guests, etc.

Once you have filled in all the information required, proceed to paying the $30 US reservation fee, or pay in full through PayPal/Credit Card. 

Is the PayPal/Credit Card booking refundable?

A:Yes it is. The fee is refundable in case your cruise can not dock due to mechanical problems or weather issues. You can cancel any excursions worry free seven days prior to excursions date. If you cancel during the seven days prior to your excursion, there will be a $30 US charge on your reservation.

How will I find you on excursion day?

A:Once you disembark, you will head to the port’s exit gate and look for the Explore Roatan signs. Meeting time is 45 minutes after disembarkation doors are open.

Mahogany Bay

  • To meet our guides, when you exit the ship, look for the taxi parking lot. Once there, make a left towards the exit gate. Walk a little bit more down the hill passing the exit gate. We will be waiting for you with the EXPLORE ROATAN sign. If you feel you cannot walk for 5 min, you can take a taxi for $2 per person to where we are waiting for you.

Port of Roatan

  • To meet our guides, when you exit the ship, look for the double stairway going to the second floor and make a right under it. You will find the tour booth section, they will aggressively try to sell an excursion, just tell them you bought one online. Once there go to the end of this section and make a left toward the exit gate. Once at the exit gate you will find several people with signs. We will be waiting with the EXPLORE ROATAN sign for you.

Does Roatan Island take US Dollars or Credit Cards?

A:Yes we do. You can pay anywhere in Roatan with US Dollars and get change back in US Dollars. Keep in mind we don’t accept coins, only bills. We also accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX)
